Hello!

After compiling an RTF into a WinHelp (.HLP) on some systems it cannot be
displayed with a message "Help file was created for a language not
supported by your version of Windows." I know there is a problem either
with RTF or with build with Help Workshop (it is a known problem), but I
cannot find anywhere any detailed information on solution.

If this is wrong group- sorry, please point me the right one.
