In fax wizard Office 2003, when I use address book the error message reads "
The wizard could not insert name from the address book. Address Book failu
"unspecified failure". Check your mail set up. You must have extended MAPI
version 1.0 or higher to use this feature." I recently upgraded Office to
2003, my previous version worked this feature fine.
