Default Where is the Window command in Word 2007

How do you navigate between Windows in Word 2007 or tile Windows? I realize
you can click the buttons on the status bar, but is there a better way? All
help appreciated.

If you want to use the keyboard then use Ctrl + F6. Otherwise you'll the
commands you are looking for on the View tab. Note you can right-click the
Switch Windows command and select
Add to Quick Access Toobar so it's available on the QAT.

Take a look at the View tab.
