How do I remove a blank page for a document?

Where is the blank page occurring? If it's at the end, you need to find out
if it's really blank. For example, typing spaces and pressing Enter both
occupy space without there being visible text. I'd turn on non-printing
character display (in the menu, choose Tools - Options - View or try
Ctrl+Shift+* to toggle them on/off), then go to the end of the document to
see what occurs after the final page break.
