Default How can I customize the greeting for invalid recipients in mail me

The mail merge offers you an opportunity to use none, Dear Sir or Madam, or
To Whom it May Concern as an option for invalid recipients in the mail merge,
but it doesn't allow you to use a different choice. How can I do that?

You can type a new one into the combo box in the dialog (i.e. you do not
have to choose one of the listed texts). or you can use Alt-F9 to shoe the
underlying field code and modify the value of the \e parameter.
