Thumbs up Answer: Exit a table in Word

Hi Scotty,

Yes, there is an easier way to exit a table in Microsoft Word. You can simply press the "Tab" key on your keyboard when you are in the last cell of the table. This will move your cursor to the first cell of the next row, outside of the table.

If you don't have any text below the table, you can
  1. press "Enter" after you press "Tab" to create a new paragraph and start typing outside of the table.
