Default How can I unprotect a word doc. if password forgotten?

I somehow got a document that I protected and now can't remember the
password. Is there a way to unprotect the doc.?

Do a Google for password cracking programs. There are several available.
It's up to you to decide a) whether you think they'll work, and b) whether
you'll trust them with your credit card details.

If it's just protected for forms, you can remove the protection by using
Insert | File to insert it into a new document.
