Default Tutorial for "References bar" (Word 2007)

Hello !
As a PhD student, I am interested by this new application in Word... The
only problem is that it isn't easy to understand how it works... Is there any
help provided somewhere ???

Most of what's in the References Tab has been in Word for years and years. What,
more specifically, are you interested in?
