Default Why I can't use Microsoft Words 2007 in Microsoft Words 2003?

Lately, I just buy a Microsoft Word 2007 in Vista and I do my job with it.
However, when I take to my working place, the file cannot be use in Microsoft
Word 2003 (Window XP). Any ideas to convent the file from Microsoft Word 2007
to Microsoft Word 2003.
