Default how do i line up labels to print

I'm trying to print two different types of labels and both are giving me the
same type of problem. I have completed the merges fine and when i print on
plain paper to line up to the labels first it comes out fine.
When i insert the labels in and print the text starts to print about two
lines above where they should start (as they do on the plain paper)
Please help
Thanks

If the labels print okay on plain paper, then the problem is with your
printer's paper feed mechanism and not in Word.
