Default associate keystrokes to mouse buttons? (Word 2007)

Hi all

is there a way to associate keystrokes to mouse buttons?

The wheel on my mouse is clickable and I would like to associate
keystrokes to it...

Your mouse may have software that allows that. Not all mice/mouses do.
