Default hyperlink by clicking -not viewing word "click when clicking word

I understand how to insert hyperlink. I want to be able to just click on the
highlighted/underlined word and have it go to the address or article etc.
Like they do in places like wipedia.com

On the Edit tab of Tools | Options, clear the check box for "Use CTRL +
Click to follow hyperlink." But note that this setting is for your system
only and won't affect the way other users view your document.
