Default Add-In tab

I have lost the add-in tab from my Word 2007 ribbon. How do I re-install it
please? Also I downloaded an add-in called Bullfighter which is a .dll file.
When I go into Word Options/Addin Bullfighter is shown under 'Disabled
Application Add-in' with a type 'COM Add-In'. When I go to the Manage COM
Add-ins page, Bullfighter is shown but is unchecked. When I check it and
press OK, nothing happens. I note that the 'Load Behaviour' is shown as
'Unloaded' How do I get my Bullfighter Add-in to work please?

The add-in tab is enabled when an add-in that uses it is installed. Why your
add-in doesn't work is something you need to take up with the supplier, but
the fact that it is not working would explain why the tab is not present.
