I need a auth letter to give to my Mother's attorney
What you need is Power of Attorney - and for that you need an attorney.

If your mother is in favor of such an arrangement, then I suggest that
she ask her attorney to prepare such a letter for her signature. If you are doing this behind your mother's back, then imho you need a good whack upside the head with a baseball bat more than you need a good template. ladydragonfly68 wrote: I need a good template, to give to my Mother's attorney so I can speak on her behalf. And if your mother is already incapable of giving you power of attorney,
you will need the courts to give it to you. A template is not going to be of much use to you under any circumstances. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org garfield-n-odie [MVP] wrote: If your mother is in favor of such an arrangement, then I suggest that she ask her attorney to prepare such a letter for her signature. I need a auth letter to give to my Mother's attorney
My Mother is elderly and is getting a divorce from my father at the age of
73, we do not have a large income to spend on a attorney. I work full time and I am trying to find a way to save money. We are going to two income based attorney's, I do not appreciate your insulting remarks. You never asked my situation you just "assumed" you knew! I will never use this post again! I need a auth letter to give to my Mother's attorney
You need to understand that there are many different types of power of
attorney, and the legality and language vary from state-to-state. You could Google for power of attorney your state name. There is also software available at office supply stores that generate powers of attorney. Some stores also sell paper versions. To add to what Tom has said, I think you have misunderstood the purpose of
this newsgroup, which is to provide help to people in the mechanics of using Word to produce documents, not to provide the content of the documents. -- Suzanne S. I need a auth letter to give to my Mother's attorney
There are a couple of times in life when you should not depend on free
advice. Divorces are one of those times. Contact your local legal aid agency or even your local agency on aging - they may be able to help you. -- JoAnn Paules Microsoft MVP - Publisher How to ask a question http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555375 "ladydragonfly68" wrote in message ...
