Default can I convert a word doc (with bookmarks) to html format?

I am either looking for a way to create bookmarks using adobe GoLive version
7.0.2 or can anyone tell me if it is possible to convert a word doc with
bookmarks to html format for my website?

I'm not sure the term "bookmark" has a well-defined meaning in HTML
(anchor, maybe?). What are they supposed to "do" in your HTML file?

Have you tried saving as HTML in Word?

Robert,

I guess anchor was the correct term to use in this case. I did find a way
to do it. I created the doc with "anchors" in word and then saved it . I then
opened Adobe GoLive and clicked on the saved fword file. It then asked me if
I wanted to convert the doc to html. I did, although when it opened I had to
clean up the doc a bit as there was formatting visible through the doc.
