Hi Gayle,

Depends on how you've set your tabs:
http://www.word.mvps.org/faqs/format...ettingTabs.htm
http://www.word.mvps.org/faqs/format...singRulers.htm
(both by Suzanne Barnhill and Dave Rado)

Usually, tabs are best avoided.
Many ex-typewriter-users tend to type tabs when indents (in the style
definition) would be appropriate.
And in many other cases, tables would be the better solution.

Regards,
Klaus

Do you really think that you will get an answer three times as fast by
multiple posting?
