What happened to the 'What's this' feature?
Hi - I can't see this in office 2003 but a new 2003 text book I have still
seems to refer to it - has the book simply missed an update? The What's this function in Office 2000 used to turn the I-beam into a question mark lso you could just click on a screen element or text for help or info re text formatting etc. Anyone know if that's gone by the wayside with the new formatting taskpane or am I missing something? There is no longer a generic "What's This?" button in Word 2003. There are
question-mark buttons in some dialogs, but they just open the Help topic on the whole dialog instead of generating popups about specific features. For text, you've got the Reveal Formatting task pane. -- Suzanne S.
