Default "fit to page" option in word 2007?

You can use the Shrink One Page option which is available on the ribbon when
you switch to Print Preview. For more on copy fitting, see
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/formatting/FitCopy.htm.

The option is on the ribbon associated with Print Preview - 'Shrink One
Page'
