How do I assign a password to every file within a folder?
We produce documents that need to be reviewed by a number of different
people, making suggested changes with track changes, however we do not want any of these people to have the ability to permanently change a document. I know hoe to set this up for individual documents, but can't figure out how to do it for every document within a folder. Is this possible without outside software? |

Hi ?B?bXN1cHJlc3NpbnRlcm5qag==?=,
We produce documents that need to be reviewed by a number of different people, making suggested changes with track changes, however we do not want any of these people to have the ability to permanently change a document. I know hoe to set this up for individual documents, but can't figure out how to do it for every document within a folder. Is this possible without outside software? Only if you'd use a macro to open the documents, make the setting, save and close.
