Hi there

I have a distribution list that is regularly maintained on a server (the
list is word format.)

What I want to do is copy this distribution list to another word document
when it is opened - i.e. the distribution list will be located at the end of
a report.

example.............
a = distribution list
b = another word document
when b is opened I want the contents of a to be saved to it.

Is this possible? If so is it easy to do? Preferably the list should be in
text format to allow it to be edited within document b as additional members
may need to be added for specific purposes (the basics should remain the
same).

I am doing this to create a report template hence the reason I want it to be
automated rather than user generated.
