Default Electronic Signature

Hello,

I would like to know if there is software that will let you sign your name
into MS Word documents. I would like to send MS Word documents signed
without having to print them and signing them manually.

Thanks

One way would be to write your signature on a blank piece of paper, scan it
into a .jpg or .tif file, insert the file into your Word document by clicking
on Insert | Picture | From file, and resize the image as desired. If you
want your signature image to partially overlap the complimentary close or
your typed name in the signature block, you can format the image layout as
"behind text" and drag it to the desired position.
