Default Why did only part of an Ecxel list appear after Word's Mail Merge?

Have a list in Excel. Tried to import it into Word, to print Mailing Labels,
using the directions provided in Word. The first page (30 labels) appears;
the other 2400 addresses do not appear. Word document indicates there is
only one page.

You have not actually execute to the mailmerge. All you have done is
previewed the results (or printed a preview of the results) for one page of
labels only.
