Click on the Add envelope to Document button which will add it as Section 0
of the document. Then in the FilePrint dialog, specify s0 as the pages to print and set the number of copies that you want printed. -- Hope this helps. How do I print many envelopes with a return addy and no recipient
Hi ?B?S2FyZW4=?=,
I'm trying to print a return address on 300 envelopes, with no recipeint. I don't want to keep running back and forth from my keyboard to my printer to print one copy and manually load an envelope. How about - start with a new document - go to File/Page Setup and select your envelope as the paper size - enter the return address where you want it - save this as a template, so you can use it whenever you need it Then, File/New to open a new envelope document, and File/Print to print as many copies as you need "today".
