How can I prevent a page from printing in Word?
I have a series of documents that can be viewed and printed by the general
user group at work. I have another page that contains confidential information that I want to add to the end of each document. It is OK for the user group to VIEW that page, but I don't want them to PRINT it. I know that they can copy and paste, but the idea is that if a copy of the document is printed out by someone to be sent to a vendor or third party, that this confidential page won't print out or can't be attached to an email. Is this possible in Word? |
