Default The cursor moves from right to left

The cursor is moving right to left instead of left to right. I went into
Tools, Options, Complex scripts, but can't find the problem. The settings are
Movement: Logical, Visual Selection: Block, and Document View: Left to right.
I'm using Word 2002.

Help!

The feature or some of the options described are only available if support
for right-to-left (right-to-left: Refers to keyboard settings, document
views, user interface objects, and the direction in which text is displayed.
Arabic and Hebrew are right-to-left languages.) languages is enabled through
Microsoft Office Language Settings.

Place the insertion point in the paragraph that you want to change, or
select several paragraphs.
Do one of the following:
To have text begin from the left, click Left-to-Right on the Formatting
toolbar (toolbar: A bar with buttons and options that you use to carry out
commands. To display a toolbar, press ALT and then SHIFT+F10.).
To have text begin from the right, click Right-to-Left on the Formatting
toolbar.
When you change the paragraph direction, Microsoft Word leaves justified and
centered text as it is. In the case of left-aligned or right-aligned text,
Word flips the alignment to its opposite. For example, if you have a
left-to-right paragraph that is right aligned, such as the date at the top of
a letter, clicking Right-to-Left results in a right-to-left paragraph that
is left aligned.
