Default removing Word markup codes entirely

Despite claims that "accept all changes" gets rid of the markup info, it is
only hidden. When I save the file as .rtf and open it in Notepad++, the RTF
markup codes (like \insrsid6781386\charrsid4745464 and \pararsid6781386) are
still there. Because these are encluded in {bracketed} statements, I can't
just S&R in Notepad++, and I can't see them in Word.
