When printing a document showing markup, it prints a report showing the
overall changes made in a document. I don't need that, just the document
with the changes in the balloons. Any idea how to disable that in Word 2003?

If you get changes printed at the end, they are usually the ones that didn't
fit in the margins.

Is there still an option to turn off this report at the end of the document?
When we have look through the report it seems to be items that are already
noted in the track change of the document's margin.
