iy copy of Word 97 in MS Office Professional keeps on opening documents on
page wiew instead of normal view. The changes are not saved upon closing the
document. What is the problem and how do I correct it please?

Are you changing something about the document, then changing the view? You
must make some OTHER kind of change for the view change to take effect, even
if you undo the other change you make before saving.
