Default Header/footer font color

Hi!
I'm trying to set up a letter template with a company address and phone
numbers at the bottom of each page in a document but so it would not move
when people are typing the letter itself. Using the footer seemed like a good
idea, the only thing is when you finished typing and changing the color of
the footer, as soon as you get back to the main document the footer looses
its brightness. Is there a way to make it stay the same? Or is there another
way to solve the problem with having the same unmovable text at the bottom of
each page?
Thank you so much!

That brightness is purely a display issue, so you can distinguish headers
and footers from the body of the document while you're working on it. It
doesn't print that way.

And if, for some reason, you need to see the header/footer as it will be
printed, choose File - Print Preview. In this view, the pointer turns into a
magnifier. You can restore the pointer to its "normal" function by clicking
on the Magnifier button on the toolbar, and edit as you would in any other
view or mode.
