Default Autotext entries all network users can access

Im working in a small company, using Small Business Server 2003, with XP
Pro with Service Pack 2, and our users are running Word 2003 or XP.

I want to create AutoText Entries that everyone can access. How do I do this?

I know how to create a basic autotext entry, and I have tried creating one
in the Normal Global Template but that doesnt seem to recall even in my own
(by typing in the name and pressing F3.

Thanks

See http://addbalance.com/word/movetotemplate.htm for step-by-step
instructions on moving / sharing / copying / backing-up customizations
including AutoText, AutoCorrect, keyboard assignments, toolbars, macros,
etc.
