Where are Word 97 personal Autotext entries stored?
Need to delete a multitude of autotext entries and replace them with new
ones, but can't find where they are stored. Surely there's a way to access all of them at once, rather than manually delete/replace each individual entry? |

For mass deletion of AutoText entries, use the Organizer (Tools Templates & Add-Ins Organizer AutoText). To put in lots of new entries, you may be able to use the template in http://jay-freedman.info/autotextloader2.zip. It hasn't been tested in Word 97, so let me know if you have any trouble using it. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org |
