How does permanently uncheck markup in view so it doesn't come one everytime
word is run? Unchecking the option security tab has no effect.

I could write you a macro, but I won't. There's a good reason for this to
come on. If you have documents with markup in them and you have the view
turned off, you or someone working with you will send them out in that way.
The recipient will see your markup if it is embarrassing or troublesome for
you.
