Default How do I set up a form to catalogue CD's?

I am trying to catalogue my collection of CD's and would like to know if
there is already a form or template I can use.

Look into MediaPlayer unless you need something to print out.

If you need something to print out and have Access, see if you can find a
template for Access. The thing is that MediaPlayer is designed to read a CD,
go on the Internet and match it to a database, return
album/artist/track/genre information and save that information in your
"library." This makes it a lot easier to organize the information. I don't
know of any way, though to print or export a media player library file.

What you really want is database functions that are not really present in
Word or even Excel. In Word or Excel you could type a list of albums, songs,
artists, etc. into a tabular format but inputting that information will take
a tremendous amount of time and once you've typed it in, reorganizing it
will be difficult.

Here is a link to an Access template. It all goes on one line in your
browser address window.
