Default 2003 Keyboard Shortcut Commands

The 'Reset All' button is 'greyed out' on my 'Customize Keyboard' dialog. How
do I re-enable this button?

Have you defined any custom keyboard shortcuts? If not, there is nothing for
Word to reset.
