Default 2003 compatibility with 2002...

We have several offices that are using 2003 and several of us are still using
2002. Ok, all of our documents were created in 2002 and if someone with 2003
saves the document with any changes the changes show up and the track changes
boxes are not ticked.

I've tried serveral things, but it does it everytime. Can someone help me
please!

Update...The forms were created in 2000 and when it's saved in 2003 (even if
it's in final mode) it opens up in markup mode...
