Default Link editing functions

Is it possible to link text so that editing in one portion of the document
automatically edits the other?

Hi ?B?YmVudGhpY3pvbmU=?=,

Is it possible to link text so that editing in one portion of the document
automatically edits the other?

Only one-way. Place a bookmark around one set of text. Then insert a
cross-reference to the bookmark where you want to see the duplicate
information.
