Re-start Numbered Heading in New Section
How do I get numbered heading paragraphs to re-start from 1 in a new section?
Selecting Home | Multi-level List | Define New Multi-level List, and setting Start to 1 has no effect. Similarly, right-clicking the first header in the new section, selecting Numbering | Set New Number Value, and setting the value to 1 is also ineffective. |

Re-start Numbered Heading in New Section
The only way to automatically restart numbering for lists is to have a

Note that numbering can only be restarted automatically by higher levels in
