Default Specification of bibliographic reference

Hi,
I'd like to use the new bibliographic reference capabilities of Word 2007.

First, I would like to convert my old references database (in Bibtex
format) to the new XML format used in Word. Where can I find the
specification of this XML file? I plan to write a small script to do that,
because my database is quite large and I'd like to avoid to type again each
one of the records.
