Auto Text in Header and footer
A member of staff cannot use auto text facility in Header and Footer it is
greyed out. All other staff members have no problems. OS XP, Office 2003. Any Ideas? -- Jamie A |

Auto Text in Header and footer
This is usually an indication that a document has been saved as Normal.dot.
See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/...ocNotBlank.htm for instructions on renaming Normal.dot (or just start with the /a switch) to see if that solves the problem. -- Suzanne S.
