Default How can text be written in an arc or on an angle?

I am working on a Word document in Microsoft Office Professional Edition
2003.

I want to write some of the text in an arc and some on an angle (with most
of text being in the traditional horizontal orientation).

Hi Bernadette,

The only built in tool for that in Word would be to
use WordArt (Insert=Picture=Wordart).
