Add a capability to change MS word comment bacground colors.

This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the

That capability doesn't exist in Word 2000, but it does exist in Word
2003. I'm not sure whether Word 2002 has it -- if it does, it will be
in the Tools Options Track Changes dialog.
