Default Error

My husband was given a computer about 3 yrs ago as a gift..we didn't receive
the disks!!!!! Now when we boot up we get an error msg asking us to
re-install microsoft word 2002!!!!!!! We don't have the disk...Our comp will
just shut down and we can't upgrade to service pack 3...any help would be
appriciated!!! Thank you!!

Either ask the person who gave him the computer for the discs, or buy or
borrow a copy of the same version of Office and use that to correct the
problem.
