Mail Merge - Not all records will print
How do you have the main document set up? What version of Word? Where is
the Data Source? -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Doug Robbins - Word MVP "Rusher" wrote in message ... I have a directory that has 45 records...Only 23 will print. |

Mail Merge - Not all records will print
Hi Doug - thx for responding.
I'm using Word 2003. The main document is set up as a directory with merge field listed vertically and Next Record listed alone at the bottom of the merge field list The data source is located under "My Data Sources" on my hard drive and was created using the mail merge wizard. Mail Merge - Not all records will print
Remove the Next Record. It is not necessary and if it is used, only
every other record is being merged. -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis.
