Default txt fle opening with gzview!

i am having a .txt file which opens with gzview..!!
while i change it to notepad..the text is unreadable characters..!
what should i do to make the file open with notepad??!!

help pl!!

Default txt fle opening with gzview!

Your question has nothing to do with Word. Perhaps you need to talk to the
person who sent you that file and ask what they used.
