Default "Word could not load the e-mail envelope..." message using Word 20

With recently installed Outlook 2003 running on Xp sp1, Office Xp pro the
following message appears when I try to send a Word document via email by
clicking the Word 2002 Standard toolbar Email icon (File Send to Mail
recipient behaves the same way):

"Word could not load the e-mail envelope. This could be caused by a network
connection problem or a problem with your Office installation"

Note that this function was working fine with Outlook 2002 & Word
2002...before Outlook 2003 was installed. Also, MS Knowledge Base had
info/solutions for Word 2003 and Word 2000, but not Word 2002.

Outlook 2003 running first in all cases and no COM add-ins are installed.

I would very much appreciate if anyone is able to help resolve this issue.
Thanks in advance.

Word and Outlook must be the same version if you want to email
directly from Word.

Thank you. I will now forward a suggestion to Microsoft.
