Not easily. You'll have to use four text boxes. See

See http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/BorderArt.htm. You'll have to prepare
the text as a graphic, using WordArt or PowerPoint (or even Windows Paint). You might get some use from http://www.gmayor.com/rotate_text.htm.
