Default Printing 4 UP merge address labels

I am trying to print address labels 4 up on a sheet (each address is
different) they are coming in from a merge file. I keep getting the
addresses to appear in a different location on each label every time. Some
appear higher on the label and others appear lower on the label, I have tried
to use textboxes so that the address would not shift unto a different place
on the label, but that has not worked out. Any advice ???

If you print the merge on plain paper, is the alignment correct? Some
printers are not capable of accurately feeding label stock.

Hope this helps.

See where what you are doing differs from
http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm or
http://www.gmayor.com/merge_labels_with_word_2007.htm

Note that if you have added a header/footer to your normal template you will
never get it to work properly.
