Default How do I read a .WPS word document under Office Word? Opening as .

I run Office XP. I have been sent a document created by Works as a .wps
file. When I try to open it as either Works 4 for windows, or Works 2000,
all I can see are a series of square boxes.
Any suggestions on how to open this file in a readable format would be much
appreciated
