Hi all!

Im working on a project and I need to create a form that takes in user
information. Once the user enters the information, I need a page with
the information they entered along withsome instructions to appear in
plain html document so that the user can print this document and send
it in via. mail with their product. Any suggestions?

This sounds like a post for the FrontPage newsgroup. You could design a
FrontPage form that will send the results to an e-mail account. If you use
something else at work to maintain your website talk to your web team if one
exists. Depending on what you actually want the users to see and print you
might need to add a little java script code for users to be able to print
their results. They can view their results on the default confirmation page
that comes standard with a form in FrontPage and you can print it.
