with the new Ribbon is there a way to set a template to start with a specific

Hi ?B?Sm9l?=,
with the new Ribbon is there a way to set a template to start with a specific tab open? we have a custom ribbon group and would like to set Word to open up that tab automatically when using a template. No, unfortunately there is not. Closest you can get would be to assign the Tab a shortcut key that's different from Word's built-in tab shortcuts (and from any global tools shortcuts). Put a SendKeys into the AutoNew (or Document_New) procedure to send Alt+Key and, if you're lucky, this will select the tab for you. But it's not 100% reliable.
